Japan’s real estate disclosures: suicides, murders, fire deaths, and decomposition must be reported

In Japan, realtors must disclose suicide, murder, deaths by fire, and deaths that caused decomposition for three years on rental properties. For properties for sale, those disclosure obligations apply indefinitely.
