Haruomi Hosono releases lead single from new album ahead of 79th birthday

Veteran Japanese composer and musician Haruomi Hosono premiered 'Note of Mothership,' the opening track from an upcoming album, on his birthday. The release included a visualizer depicting the daily life of a character called 'Tanuki Hakase' (Professor Tanuki), unveiled the same evening.
