Romestead Launches in Early Access on Steam as Survival City-Builder for Up to 8 Players Set in Ancient Rome

Romestead, a survival city-building sim developed by ThreeFriends and Beartwigs, has launched in Steam Early Access on May 26, 2026. The game supports one to eight players cooperatively and tasks them with rebuilding ancient Rome in a 2D pixel-art world. The Early Access build includes new content such as a Volcano biome and a Carpenter profession for inhabitants, alongside waves of undead enemies to fend off.
