South Korea’s GPS Ankle Monitor Program Cuts Sex-Offender Recidivism to One-Eighth Since 2008

In South Korea, about 4,800 people wear GPS ankle monitors. The program launched in 2008, and reported sex-offender recidivism has reportedly dropped to one-eighth of its prior level.
