Indonesian Comics Scene Grows, But Local Works Still Make Up 10% of the Domestic Market

Indonesia’s comics scene is expanding, yet locally made titles account for only about 10% of the domestic market. Creators say it’s difficult to attract readers who are drawn to a large volume of manga imported from Japan.
