Inherit the Winds TV Anime Casts Ayumu Murase as Todo Heisuke

The upcoming Inherit the Winds TV anime has added Ayumu Murase to its cast as Todo Heisuke, a Shinsengumi member. The series is scheduled to premiere in Japan in January.
