Kanagawa Prefecture Police Arrest Middle School Teacher Yamaguchi Mamoru Over Repeated Emails and Sexual Coercion

Kanagawa Prefecture police have arrested 52-year-old middle school teacher Yamaguchi Mamoru for allegedly emailing a female student 192 times and coercing her into sex acts. The school dismissed him about 18 months earlier.
