Japan Published 71,000 Books in 2019, but Only 24 Were Translated into English (Excluding Manga and Light Novels)

A review of the Publisher’s Weekly Translation Database reports that 71,000 books were published in Japan in 2019, while only 24 Japanese books were released in English that year, excluding manga and light novels.
