D3 Publisher and Sandlot announced Earth Defense Force 6.2: Invaders from Another World for PlayStation 5 in 2027. Described as a substantially reworked and upgraded version of Earth Defense Force 6, it will add new elements including dramatically increased enemy numbers and weapon customization.
