RPGFan Names Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Game of the Year 2025, Sweeping Multiple Categories

RPGFan has announced its Games of the Year 2025 awards, with Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 taking the top prize and dominating multiple categories. The French-developed RPG won Best Traditional RPG, Best Visuals, Best Antagonist (Renoir), Best Supporting Character (Monoco), and Best Animal or Mascot Character (Esquie), in addition to the overall Game of the Year award. Other notable winners included Lies of P: Overture for Best DLC, Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail for Best Ongoing Game, and Blue Prince for Best Graphic Adventure or Visual Novel.
