Sensor Tower reports that downloads of Chiikawa Pocket approached 10,000 on July 24, the release date of Chiikawa: The Secret of Mermaid Island—more than six times the previous day’s total. The increase is attributed to a commemorative campaign and the game’s new Mermaid Island event.
