Digitalis Publishing and developer 15 Industry have announced that Veritas Tales: Witch of the Dark Castle, a gamebook-inspired fantasy adventure RPG, will launch on PC via Steam on July 9, 2026. The game was created over six years by Yoshio Nishimura, a veteran who previously worked at Capcom and Vanillaware, and features over 300 hand-drawn illustrations. The soundtrack is composed by Final Fantasy and Tactics Ogre composer Hitoshi Sakimoto.
