Unagi Rock Fest to Run a Region-Rooted Live Event at the Same Time, Recruiting Nagano-Born or Local Artists

Unagi Rock Fest will simultaneously host a locally focused live event, seeking performers who are either from Nagano or currently based there. Applications are open for artists to take part in the event.
