Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox on June 3, 2026. The publisher released a series of short clips highlighting the game's key features, including exploration across a vast world with Chocobos, combat showcasing Cloud's Buster Sword, Tifa's combo attacks, Aerith's magic, and Yuffie's shuriken and ninjutsu, as well as summons Shiva and Phoenix and cooperative synergy abilities.
