Anime Anime JP surveyed readers in the first half of 2026 on which manga series they most want to see adapted into anime, publishing results in two installments: one covering ongoing series and one covering completed works. Among ongoing titles, Nue no Onmyoji and Tokyo Aliens drew strong support, alongside numerous animal-themed manga. On the completed-works side, Jujutsu Kaisen spinoff titles and Takagi-san spinoff (Moto) Takagi-san were highlighted as fan favorites.
