League of Legends Patch 26.13 Notes Released With Black Clover Champion Lock and Ranked Last-Hit Assist

League of Legends has published patch 26.13 notes, adding a Black Clover-themed lock feature and updating champion balance. The patch also enables use of a “last-hit assist” in ranked matches.
