HoYoverse released the improvisational promotional video “Behold the One Who Looks Up” for Honkai: Star Rail, depicting exchanges between Himeko (Rie Tanaka) and Herta (Rie Tanaka). A character preview for “Himeko: Departure,” scheduled for July 15, was also posted on HoYoLAB.
