Two Dragon Ball Seal Wafer releases are scheduled for October 19: a 10th-anniversary book and a new “Climax” wafer set. The book includes a special sticker illustration featuring Goku in multiple forms, while the 31-sticker set includes a five-color foil “Tenkaichi Rare” design.
