Tubi expanding and contracting Cartoon Network catalog as Warner Bros licensing shifts

Tubi is adding previously unavailable Warner Bros. Animation and Cartoon Network classics to its free streaming platform in August, while simultaneously losing some of its most popular Cartoon Network series. The shifts reflect ongoing licensing negotiations between Tubi and Warner Bros. Discovery over their catalog availability on the free ad-supported service.
