Wemade Founder Park Kwan-ho Sells All Shares to Hong Kong Platform NeoPulse in Deal Worth About KRW 920 Billion

Wemade announced it has signed a share sale agreement under which founder and chairman Park Kwan-ho will sell all of his Wemade shares to Hong Kong investment platform NeoPulse. The transaction totals about KRW 920 billion (about JPY 96 billion).
