The story is set in the fictional department store "Sanben Department Store" in a provincial city at the beginning of the 20th century. A huge Ferris wheel on the roof of this magnificent building. Each floor is sprinkled with modernity and romance, surrounded by gorgeous, modern store decorations. From the 1st floor to the 6th floor, and the rooftop ... each sales floor, the people in it and the products there, are introduced with manga and illustrations.
