Ryuu to Amagami
A young British girl named Will arrives in Japan, having accompanied her father for his work. However, she cannot stand the raw, fishy smell of the local cuisine, and since her arrival, she hasn't been able to stomach a single meal. Amidst her mounting frustration and anxiety in this unfamiliar land, she encounters a blunt young Japanese man named Ryusaku. As it turns out, he is a chef of traditional Japanese cuisine. Unable to endure Will’s constant complaints about fish, Ryusaku vows to cook a Japanese meal that will leave her speechless. This is the story of a British girl and a young chef who come to know the town and its people through the local flavors they share. (Source: Comic Walker, translated)
